1/ BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation policies

Prepaid rate:

– The reservation must be guaranteed by credit card at booking time.
– Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.
– The amount due is non-refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
– In case of non-arrival, total value of booking will be applied.

Flexible rate:

– The reservation must be guaranteed by providing a valid credit card at booking time.
– Total room charge will be settled upon check in at hotel reception, other expenses will be paid upon check out.
– No cancellation charge applies until 7 days, 15:00 (Local time) before arrival. Between 7 days & 2 days (15:00), hotel will charge the first night. Thereafter, the amount due not refundable.
– In case of non-arrival, total value of booking will be applied.

For the quickest and easiest way to book your stay, please visit the resort’s website. Alternatively, you may call the resort directly to inquire about room availability.

Our check-in time is 15:00. Any early check-in request is not guaranteed and is subject to availability; an additional charge may apply.

Our checkout time is 12:00. Additional 50% room charge will be applied for late checkout until 18:00. Additional full charge will be applied for late checkout after 18:00 onwards

2/ PAYMENTS

When you book a room on our website, our reservation team will send a confirmation letter via email. You can choose from various payment options, including online payments with an ATM card or international credit card, bank transfer, or direct payment at the hotel.

Please note that we may cancel your reservation if we don’t receive sufficient information or a response by the payment due date.

Online Payment (ATM Card or International Credit Card)

For convenient online booking, you may pay via bank card:

– Our booking system will direct you to an online payment page where you can follow the instructions to complete your reservation. If the booking system isn’t connected to the payment gateway, we’ll send a payment link. Simply follow the instructions provided.
– If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Offline Payment (ATM Card or International Credit Card)

If online payment isn’t available, we’ll send you a “credit card payment authorization” form. Please complete and sign it, then send it back with copies of both sides of your card and a valid ID/passport for verification.

– If you wish to use this card to complete payment, we’ll collect the amount on the due date, and you must present this card at check-in for authentication. If not, you’ll need to pay with another card or in cash, and we’ll refund the original card within 21 business days.
– If you prefer to use a different card for payment, please notify us in advance. We’ll pre-authorize an amount equal to the booking rate on the provided card.
– If you do not show up on the check-in date, we will charge the provided card, and this amount will be non-refundable.
– The guest checking in must be the cardholder.

Bank Transfer Payment

For cardless payment, we will send our bank account details to your email:

– Please transfer the exact amount and include your full name, phone number, and booking confirmation number in the transfer description. Notify us once the transfer is complete.
– We will confirm receipt once payment has been processed.
– If payment is not made by the due date, your reservation may be canceled.

Direct Payment at Reception

For flexibility, guests booking directly at the hotel can choose to pay at reception upon arrival or after their stay, depending on prior arrangements.

Payment Security Policy

To ensure security, we do not store any credit card or bank account details. All online card payments are processed through a legally licensed third-party gateway, adhering to their security standards, which are compliant with Vietnam’s regulations.
