The Viet Puppetry show is performed by artists from the Vietnam Puppetry Theater, skillfully combining folk cultural values with unique methods such as water puppetry, dry puppetry, cheo singing, chau van singing, traditional musical instrument performances (flute, two-string fiddle, gourd lute, zither), and ao dai and conical hat dances… Through 8 unique plays, Viet Puppetry tells viewers about the daily life, production, festivals, and cultural beliefs of the ancient Vietnamese wet rice civilization.
