1/ BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation policies
Prepaid rate:
– The reservation must be guaranteed by credit card at booking time.
– Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.
– The amount due is non-refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
– In case of non-arrival, total value of booking will be applied.
Flexible rate:
– The reservation must be guaranteed by providing a valid credit card at booking time.
– Total room charge will be settled upon check in at hotel reception, other expenses will be paid upon check out.
– No cancellation charge applies until 7 days, 15:00 (Local time) before arrival. Between 7 days & 2 days (15:00), hotel will charge the first night. Thereafter, the amount due not refundable.
– In case of non-arrival, total value of booking will be applied.
Cancellation policies and deadlines are clearly stated in the booking confirmation letter. In case the guest has paid the deposit but due to force majeure (war, natural disaster, epidemic, …) cannot make the trip and with the consent of the Management Board, the guest will be able to cancel the room and receive a refund. Refund Policy
– If the customer books through a travel agent, the customer should contact the travel agent directly for instructions, the resort is only responsible for refunding the agent so that the agent can work with the customer.
– If the customer books and pays directly to the resort, the refund will be made according to the payment method (cash, bank transfer, credit card, reward points, etc.)
– The refund period is 30-45 days depending on the regulations of the resort and the bank.
– The amount refunded depends on the room order (1 night or the entire stay).
– The refund will be confirmed by email, the customer can contact email HB2R4-RE@accor.com to learn about the refund process and method.

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.

Check-out time is 12:00. A surcharge of 50% of the room rate will apply for late check-outs until 18:00. The full charge will apply for check-outs after 18:00.
Transportation and delivery (Check-in & Check-out Policy)
Our check-in time is 15:00. Any early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
Check-out time is 12:00. A surcharge of 50% of the room rate will apply for late check-outs until 18:00. The full charge will apply for check-outs after 18:00.
Other services are charged at normal rates according to the hotel’s regulations and rates.
2/ PAYMENTS
If you book a room in advance through the website, to complete the booking process, you need to complete the payment procedure (you can deposit or pay 100%). You can choose one of the following methods:
1. Payment by credit card (the credit card updated at the time of booking must match the cardholder’s name and the guest’s name)
2. Payment by bank transfer (customer bears the bank transfer fee) according to the following information:

* Account name: Phu Quoc Sun Company Limited Branch at Mui Ong Doi
* Account number: 100013663399 – (VND)
* Transfer content: Please note the booking code
All bank fees will be paid by the transferor. After payment, please update the payment authorization for the room order for the accounting department to track.
3. Payment via Onepay link, QR code, the resort will send when the guest requests payment by this form. Payment is considered complete when the resort receives the full amount. The room reservation will be canceled if the guest does not pay on time without reason.
4. Direct payment at the reception desk
For convenience, guests who book directly at the hotel can choose to pay at the reception desk upon arrival or after their stay, depending on the prior agreement.
Payment Security Policy
To ensure security, we do not store any credit card or bank account details. All online card payments are processed through a legally licensed third-party gateway, adhering to their security standards, which are compliant with Vietnam’s regulations.
